Training
* Being a service business, the training of our associates is of utmost importance to us.
* Each practice group conducts a meeting every two weeks to look at recent service related publications, case studies, and European regulatory developments.
* We encourage all associates to undertake further study and provide assistance to gain post graduate qualifications.
* Each associate is also allocated an annual budgeted amount for attendance at external seminars.

We understand that our professionals need to balance their
professional and personal lives. We have implemented a customized work
arrangement program, which helps associate group members, with special
situations, to balance their professional careers with their personal
responsibilities. Customized work arrangements are determined on a
case-by-case basis and give associates the comfort of knowing that they
may continue their careers even when personal obstacles arise. For all
associates, we have implemented a Summer flex-time program (usually
during the Month of August).
