Participatory Strategic Planning Session

How can your organization move from the current state to your future vision?

This session aims to create an explicit path between the two through a process of long-term assessment of internal and external environments, establishing goals and objectives, developing action plans to meet those goals and objectives, and identifying and tracking performance measures.

The Initial Strategic Planning Session answers four key questions:

  • Where are we now?
  • Where do we want to be?
  • How do we get there?
  • How do we measure our progress?


This process shapes and guides what your specific objectives are, what you intend to do, and why you intend to do it. The process of strategic planning is participatory facilitating communication within your organization and with Bourget performance solutions; strengthening partnerships, improving customer service, and improving decision-making and successful implementation.

Strategic planning is a vehicle to successfully guide the budget process, providing management an opportunity to evaluate the existing allocation of funds. The process of planning is often more valuable than the plan itself. The output from this participatory strategic planning session will allow Bourget to prepare an engagement proposal geared toward exceeding your growth expectations.

Upon the effective date of our Engagement, you as a new client, you will be assigned a Client Services Liaison Project Leader. The Liaison Project Leader will then become your primary point of contact with The Bourget International Group, acting as quality assurance and account supervisor to fulfill your business development needs. In addition, the Liaison staff will be responsible for ensuring Non-Disclosure of proprietary information for you and avoiding any potential conflicts-of-interest with Bourget's existing clientèle. If there are any such potentialities then we will alert you to this fact and may possibly be forced not to accept your assignment.
