Partnership BOT Process





Bourget's Build-Operate-Transfer service enables clients to rapidly start international export operations and later transfer the nearshore development center as their own subsidiary/captive center.



To accomplish this, the following initial steps are used in our management process:

  • An audit of your current programs is completed. We review contracts, documents, market pricing and the history of your current programs.
  • A strategic plan is developed which is unique to each of our clients. This plan is completed through a series of interviews with your key decision-makers. A document is produced outlining your program that becomes the basis for future action.
  • A proposal is prepared which supports aggressive strategic objectives.
  • Target markets are surveyed. Potential qualified vendors consulted.
  • Responses analyzed using your plan objectives as our guide.
  • Bourget then recommends the best options.
  • BOT Program implementation is completed based upon your selections.
  • "Go-to-Market" commences. Ongoing support of your program is provided and your plan is monitored to assure the program continues to meet your strategic objectives.

Register a new Swiss subsidiary for the client, transfer assets, and handover operations.

The dedicated facility leverages Bourget technical infrastructure, processes and execution capabilities. The dedicated facility is staffed either by existing Bourget resources or by client's resources or by resources hired specifically for engagement or a mix of them all. Bourget has a well-defined mechanism for the smooth transition of the facility i.e. its own captive center to the client.
