BridegPro Conferencing

MOVING FROM YOUR CURRENT STATE
TO YOUR FUTURE VISION

BRIDGEPRO: PARTICIPATORY STRATEGIC PLANNING

The Bourget International Group starts client relationships with one or several BridgePro teleConferences. This is the first step to establish effective communication, to conduct successful business meetings without costly travel. BridgePro Conferencing fosters greater stakeholder participation in business decisions. It is a participatory tool to strategize critical issues or make emergency plans.

The development of strategy can seem a confusing process, particularly for those very close to the problem. Characteristics of the BridgePro Conferencing approach:

  • strong viewpoints and keen insights on how we can create value and conduct international expansion with confidence
  • tailored to specific client needs rather than pre-set formulae
  • tend to be more flexible and entrepreneurial than traditional approaches include a significant emphasis on qualitative market/customer research

Our Strategic BridgePro Conferencing goal is more than preparing business development terms sheet. We want you to be involved in the problem-solving so that you own the solution.

The Initial Strategic BridgePro Conference answers this key question:

How can your organization move from the current state to your future vision?

BRIDGEPRO: PROJECT SETUP CONFERENCE

The BridgePro Setup Conference answers five key questions:

  • Where have we been?
  • Where are we now?
  • Where do we want to be?
  • How do we get there?
  • How do we measure our progress?

Within the first week following Project Consulting Agreement signatures, a BridgePro Conference takes place which normally includes a workshop element providing an opportunity to share business and marketing issues. All existing Sales and Channel Management documents are reviewed including but not limited to: product brochures and advertisements describing the products in the language of the purchaser, product packaging, contracts, agreements, existing distributor lists with phone and E-mail contact coordinates, potential distributor contacts with phone and E-mail contact coordinates, name and coordinates of CE authorized representative/notified body, past purchase history, copies of distributor correspondence, the company's sample policy, approved international distributor agreement, existing business plan or marketing plan (if any), competitive information, competitive pricing, distributor List Price Sheets with discount guidelines.

BRIDGEPRO: ONSITE-INSIGHT CONFERENCE

Bourget CAN send Senior Consultants to your offices for a face-to-face Project Implementation Session. This session aims to create an explicit path between the your current state and your future vision through a process of long-term assessment of internal and external environments. Critical business issues covered include:

  • confirming goals and objectives
  • review action plans to meet those goals and objectives
  • assessing and tracking performance measures

Typically, BridgePro OnSite-InSight Conference expenses are pre-paid by collaborative partners.
