NON-DISCLOSURE MANDATES
CONFIDENTIALITY
Any new Group Member must protect the security of our data and proprietary information and treat client information, firm infrastructure information, and firm global network information as private and confidential. Group Members are required to sign Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements upon membership in The Bourget International Group. These agreements help ensure that our intellectual property, firm infrastructure, internal financial information and other corporate assets are protected from unauthorized use. All internal documents and information are property of The Bourget International Group and are confidential. Therefore, Group Members of Bourget International Corporation must not pass company documents and information on to a third party, nor in any way make them available outside the company. This does not include information expressly created for the purpose of public dissemination such as marketing information published by the Bourget Office of the Managing Partners and other information expressly released for publication by The Bourget International Group Marketing Communication Department. Group Members of The Bourget International Group must use suitable and appropriate measures to ensure that confidential and protected information does not end up in the hands of unauthorized parties, internally or externally.
INTERNAL and EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
The Office of the Managing Partners of Bourget International Corporation are expected to provide open and frank discussions of the company’s business activities and strategies with Group Members. The dissemination of information, both internally and externally, that concerns the company, its business activities, its strategy, or any other company affairs, is the responsibility of Managing Partners and Bourget International Corporation. Group Members of Bourget International Corporation must not contact representatives from the media or analysts must be coordinated and authorized through Bourget Office of the Managing Partners. Queries from financial analysts must be authorized through and coordinated by Bourget Office of the Managing Partners. Authorized Group Members of Bourget International Corporation must:
• Forward queries from representatives from the media and analysts to Bourget Office of the Managing Partners regardless of how the Group Member received the request.
• Not express an opinion in the name of Bourget International Corporation.
To the best of their ability and in the context of their work, Group Members of Bourget International Corporation must ensure that information communicated to the capital market, clients, or other parties outside The Bourget International Group:
• Is complete, correct and comprehensible.
• Represents the actual facts.
• Is authorized by the Bourget Office of the Managing Partners.
